Well i would like to say Happy Birthday to my son Jan, he is 40 yrs old today,He was born in Spokane Wash. at Fairchild Air Force Hospital, on Friday the 13th.1968.5 lbs 9 oz. He is such a cutie , He was a month early so here he is in the incubator. His daddy was in the Army, in Korea, so he wasn't able to be there when he was born. Boy times have changed when i had him. Everything
was so restricted, no one could be there accept my husband or a parent. which i had neither.So my friend Linda was with me most of the time. My mother finally did come, but had a car accident on the way, No she wasn't hurt, only the car was damaged. Thank goodness.
I had moved to Spokane so that i could be near the hospital so I wouldn't have to pay. I think the total bill for having him was around $21 and that was for food i ate.
I was in the hospital a week before they let me go home.
