First time Princess has seen Santa, she wasn't sure about the whole thing but this turned out pretty cool. She didn't like sitting there, once it was over she was very eager to check him out again
Hi, little Princess looks quite excited on this picture :) Sure she found out that Santa has goodies and treats in his bag? Thank you for visiting my blog! Maybe you have not seen that I also love pets, but I have only one doggy (D'Ora, a principessa from Italy) and 7 tiny desert mice. Have a nice week and see you again!
Oh, Lilli... I LOVE your kitties... all of them! I have only three -- Squeak, Missy, and Sweetie Pie -- but would have a dozen, or more, if I could. I do love cats! I used to have a 30++ pound cat, Demetrius, who was born on the island of Crete, Greece. He was solid blue-gray and a wonderful cat. He's been gone for several years, but I still miss the big baby!
She is my curly tail girl, her tail curls up, she also has a orange spot on her forhead.Loves to knead my neck
Casey
He is my thumb sucker, when he is tired he runs over and grabs my thumb and starts kneading my neck
TC
She is 23 yrs old, we think, at least that is as long as we have had her. She found me when i had a tanning and curve business, she came in the door one morning carrying what i thought was a mouse but turned out to be a baby kitty who was dead. Broke my heart
Oliver
Oliver is the BIG brother to Casey & Smiley, he is such a good protective brother that when he makes this noise they come running, and he washes them, and not sure what he tells them but they seem to listen. I have not weighed him, but I know he weighs more then 32# He is solid heavy. He is such a loving boy, who loves to give you kisses
What can i say ahout this cat, he loves food, he does weigh 32# he will eat anything you put in front of him, meaning he preferrs people food, well actually it don't matter there isn't a food he doesn't like. He has a big problem with constipation which has caused him to be quiete ill and in the animal hospital. He's a big baby.
Smiley
Well here he don't look like he is smiling but when he was a baby he did, As he got older he has so many different expressions on his face, i should of called him my gargoyle cat cause he has expresssions like you would see on one. Very loving, Loves to give kisses, but watch out cause he doesn't know he isn't suppose to bite while he does it..One thing about the brothers since i didn't post it, they are from Ferrel cats that i rescued them from, they were 4 days old when i took them, they are all bottle fed babies. Oh and yes we are total believers in spay and neutering which they all are.
Buttercup
What can i say about our pretty e eye girl, she was only 3 or 4 weeks old when we spotted her around the rocks outside, so afraid when you came out , hubby spotted her one day and he said i have to have that cat, he fell in love with her eyes,So the project started to catch her, he built a trap, when we finally caught her in it, she was scared to death, she fought like a little tiger. But i was determined that hubby was going to get his blue eyed girl. I was hesitant about sticking my hands in that cage so i just laid along side it while i rubbed the cage and talking very soothing to her. We had to go to town and so thought we would just get ready and give her some time to relax in there before attempting to touch her, so Nevada was in taking a shower and i thought oh heck i am going to try this again, so out i went and decided to stick my hand in that cage, of course she hissed and sat in the water dish. I gentley talked to her and finally got my hand on her and started stroking her, well she started purring, HA i knew all was ok then, I brought her in the house wrapped her in a towel because she was all wet.
She is the sister to Samont, & Jenny, she is a timid little girl with lots of love to give, and also a very bad at slobbering, when she purrs she slobbers, She will reach her paw out when she wants your attention, she is so sweet.she loves to lay in bed with you but takes her forever to settle down and go to sleep.
Precious
Last but not least is Precious with her own story of an infant left on a rock by her mother, another ferrel cat, hubby heard her little cries and he came to me and said there is one little kittie out there just crying, so i ran out and there she was so helpless and so exposed, we sat there waiting for awhile to see if mom was coming back to get her but she didn't so i picked her up, her embilacle chord still on.Not having any milk for new borns and too late to go to the store to get any, i had a lady at the motel that her daughter had come to visit, who was nursing a baby, she said that she would get some milk from her, so Precious started out her life with humane breast milk. Well she has always had a attitude.maybe that is why, She became the serogate mother to Smiley,Casey,Oliver, i forgot to mention that the boys also had 3 other sibblings that we found homes for, so there was a total of 6 babies that Precious took care of with my help. I fed them the bottle, and she cleaned them and slept with them and went crazy once they all started running around the house. she was a good mommy and still is.But a total brat
Jenny
And then there is Jenny, she was the only one that took Princess under her wing when we brought our little pom home, the others just ran and hissed at her. But now for some reason, she is the outcast of the boys and they will pick on her ever chance they have, so now she squeels like crazy when they get near her, at night she has to go in the laundry room by herself, so that we can get some sleep. She too loves to give kisses, and is such a loving cat.
We own a small motel that we bought in 1994 and have worked at successfully, but along with everything that has gone on with the economy we no longer run it as a motel. Plus were getting old, so just do monthly's now.
Please leave a comment as i would love to hear from you.
