Haley found her forever home

Yesterday Laurel called again and said they had a call that someone was wanting a baby kitty, and he wanted it for his wife for a Valentine Present. So she gave me his number and i called him. We set up the time for him to come over today and see the Haley. Well she is now with her forever home and i hope that she will be happy and love to be there. They want a indoor cat which made me very happy as i really think that they are much happier and healthier cats.
He said that he would email me and keep me informed, they have no means for picture taking. I will miss her terribly because she was such a loving little girl and reminds me so much of Samont.

I'm so glad you found a trusting way to get the kittens to new homes. You're a stronger person than I. I have tears in my eyes just typing this. They had a great foundation with you and now they get to use their little kitty wings.

Ya done good!

Beautiful..your cats. Thanks for the comment on my blog. It can get discouraging with animals can't it? My husband rescued a little bird here (not even sure what kind it was) but we found a cage for him..and he was responsive towards us too. We were out for a bit and these ants attacked him. I couldn't believe it. Shocked and dissapointed! It's a problem here. Anyway,I learned a lesson.
So your other blog is the dogs & cats?

Hi. Thanks for visiting me. Your cats are cute. Samont & Oliver remind me of my Rebel Cat.

Also, Dixie may look big in her pictures, but she's actually pretty small. I'll have to post a picture with her and her brother together, and you'll see what I mean. She was the runt of the litter and only weighed about 3 pounds when we took her to get her fixed. She's finally started growing, but I don't expect her to get any bigger because she's almost a year old, and her mother (who she looks just like) is about her size.

It's always a happy day when an animal finds their forever home. You're a good mum.

I just took a look through your blog. Wow! That's a lot of cats. Unfortunately, my children will never know cats as my husband is deathly allergic to them. It's a very nice thing you and your husband do for the lost animals of this world.

That's nice that it found a forever home. Not all cats are born to be only inside. From my 5, I have two who could be inside cats, they never go far and mostly stay home, although there is a cat flap. One is inside out, depends on the weather, but two you could never keep only inside they would get mad. One I had to take over from my son because he moved into an appartment, and the cat refused to eat and just let herself die. Now she is happy again here with a garden and can go around.

Oh that's very nice ! I hope she is good for being an indoor cat, because not all cats are made for that. Kim belonged to my son and he couldn't keep her once he had moved from a house into an appartment because she got so depressed that she didn't eat anymore and just let herself die. Now she lives with us and indeed she is always outside, but she comes in for eating of course and now in winter she is more in. Arthur too could never be an inside cat only. He would get crazy ! With Rosie, Lisa and Pookie there would be no problem. Cats are all different. Just like we humans. Some like to walk and work outside and others prefer to stay inside.
